Sage Court in Azusa: Location, Location, Location!

The old real estate adage when looking for a home is to consider three things: location, location, location. This proved true when Christian was looking to purchase his first home. But there was also so much more that made buying into the Rosedale community worth it.
As a triathlete Christian often rode his bike around Rosedale. It was an area he loves as it is nestled right up against the foothills. He saw the master planned community and thought it was beautiful—nice builders, nice community. But his experience with planned communities was often large homes that did not meet his needs. He was pleasantly surprised by the townhome options Sage Court offered.
“The homes were the perfect size. I really liked and eventually bought into Sage Court,” Christian said. “It has a tri-level layout and an openness that I love.”

“I loved the view of the foothills from the balcony and the master, along with a pool view from my place,” he added. “It’s also great to have access to nature right outside my front door.”
Christian was sold on Sage Court and the home buying process began. William Lyon’s sales team worked with him to make his new place just the way he wanted. He admits that he was difficult at times, making last-minute changes to his home’s details, but felt the team was? very accommodating.
“I’m a very detailed person and I ask a lot of questions, but the team was always helpful,” Christian said.
Now that he has his home planned to his liking and in a location he loves, Christian remembers his decision to buy at Sage Court in Rosedale was not immediate, but a process. A process he says that took some time, but was worth it in the end once he found the right place.
“I think it’s a good thing,” he said. “I look forward to my independence and having a place to call my own.”
