January 14: NorCal Neighborhood Phase Releases

There are several phase releases in our Northern California neighborhoods this month, so we have listed the different neighborhoods and information about each release. We also have some homes available for immediate move-in from previous phases so please check those out as well.

Magnolia Lane at Madiera in Elk Grove

Phase 2B will be released January 14th, 2012. There will be 5 homes in the release, one each of the plan 1, 2 & 3 and two plan 4’s. The plan 1 home is already sold. This phase is near the local community park. Pricing will start at the base price: Plan 2 - $269,990, Plan 3 - $274,990 and Plan 4 - $299,990. The Enclave in Paradise Valley in Fairfield

Phase 4B will be released on January 14^th, 2012. There will be 5 homes in the release, one each of the plan 1, 2 & 3 and two plan 4’s.  These homes have views of the rolling hills and no rear neighbors. Buyers have the opportunity to personalize their new home with various options. These 1- & 2-story single family homes have approx. 2,059 to 3,056 sq. ft. They also come with 3-5 bedrooms, 2-3 baths and 2-3 car garages. Pricing starts from the mid $300,000s. Venue at Vista del Mar in Pittsburg

Phase 7A was released on January 7^th, 2012. There were 9 homes released and 3 have already been sold. There will be no rear neighbors of the homes in this phase, you can walk to BART, and it is very close to Concord/Walnut Creek. Homes in this phase will close in May/June and buyers can choose ALL of their own options and customize their home from the ground up.
