January 14: SoCal Neighborhood Phase Releases

There are several new phase releases in our Southern California neighborhoods this weekend, so we have listed the different neighborhoods and information about each release.  Some of these are the final phases so if there is a neighborhood that you want to move into, be sure to reserve your home today! We also have some homes available for immediate move-in from previous phases so please check those out as well.

San Carlos Court at Portola Springs in Irvine

Phase 5 will be released on January 14^th, 2012. This is the final phase for San Carlos Court so act fast to get your new home! Pricing starts in the low $300,000s. The three models will be available for sale on January 14^th, 2012. Phase 5 will be released January 14^th, 2012. There will be 14 homes in this release. There will be at least one home from every floorplan available, including the plan 1 single story. Phase 6B will be released on January 14^th, 2012. This is the final phase at Ainsley Park so act now if this is the neighborhood for you! There will be 6 homes in this release.
