The recent Model Grand Opening of The Branches by William Lyon Homes was a spectacular success. Buyer response to the event was overwhelming and almost 2,000 visitors attended the opening of this brand new neighborhood in the Village of Woodbridge. As the first community of brand new homes to open in Woodbridge for nearly 15 years, The Branches drew an eager and enthusiastic crowd that threw quite the party, complete with a balloon artist, barista, and fun snacks such as cookies adorned with The Branches logo!
