Purchasing Agent Offisite

The Purchasing Agent Offsite compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office/administrative activities of the offsite purchasing department. Enters all offsite contracts, purchase orders, and change orders in JD Edwards. Distributes billing instructions and preliminary information. Researches invoices for processing, change orders, and handles back charges. Tracks contracts and change orders. Assists in budget adjustments. Conducts contract research for out of contract issues.

Assistant Project Manager

The position is responsible for supporting the Project Manager. The Assistant Project Manager will also interfaces with various consultants once property is acquired and coordinates with the Project Manager to obtain all entitlements from appropriate public agencies. 

This position may operate at a more senior level depending on the assigned division; in some cases, the Assistant Project Manager may have many of the same duties and responsibilities as a Project Manager.

Quality Assurance Representative

Quality Assurance Representatives inspect homes under construction to ensure they are built to Company standards, with the goal of eliminating re-work. The Representative works with Construction teams, uses building plans and specifications to conduct inspections, identifies non-compliant issues on under-construction homes, and attends and contributes to pre-construction meetings.
