Polygon Northwest values our partnerships with agents and strives to make this important collaboration as effortless and productive as possible for you and your clients. We would like to share a few essential guidelines to get started.
While we prefer that you accompany your client on their first visit, we understand this may not always be possible. Your client may visit any of our Community Sales Galleries unaccompanied by you on their initial visit, but we do require they inform us of your working relationship, complete the registration form on our Kiosk and provide us with your current business card. If you are unable to be present on the first visit and these requirements are met, we will honor this registration for up to 30 days or as long as your agency relationship exists. First-time agents selling a Polygon home receive a 2.7% Selling Office Commission and second-time plus agents are rewarded with a 3% fee as long as the second-time plus sale is within the same calendar year. Every agent will start at 2.7% for their first sale within that calendar year.
Polygon offers a Selling Office Commission calculated on the list price. The cost of upgrades, if any, shall not be included in the calculation of commission (Refer to section 7, paragraph 4 of the purchase contract). If the above requirements are not fulfilled and your client would still like your assistance, we will pay a 1% SOC for the transaction.
