Roofs
Your roof is either concrete tile or fiberglass composition. It will last years and you can prolong its life by never walking on it and never attaching an antenna or other structure to it. Either of these can cause cracking and leaks that will void the warranty.
If your home has gutters and downspouts, keep them free of leaves and other debris. Inspect them at the start of each season, paying special attention to the corners and joints. Use a commercial product for sealing gutters as needed.
