Community Sales Representative

The Community Sales Representative promotes the sales of William Lyon Homes in assigned communities and ensures homebuyer satisfaction.  Sell homes to buyers, this includes: greeting and qualifying homebuyers, demonstrating the homes and closing the sale. Prepare paperwork, this includes: writing contracts and completing final addendums. Handle homebuyer and/or agent concerns and questions regarding the construction, loan and closing processes. Follow-up with homebuyer questions requiring research, prospective homebuyers who have not purchased as well as questions and concerns of homebuyers after closing.

Contract Administrator

The Contract Administrator receives, sort, organize, and accurately process all incoming invoices and utilities, meeting deadlines timely and efficiently. Coordinates and administers on-site contract (or subcontracts) work using standardized methods relating to the processing and recording of contracts. Evaluates and continuously improves contract administrator procedures and processes for quality and efficiency.

Director Land Acquisition

The Director of Land Acquisition is responsible for all aspects of property purchasing for the division. Identify opportunities for land purchase. Perform due diligence/feasibility studies for land purchases. Negotiate purchase and sales of properties. Perform Pre-Entitlement and Entitlement duties. Maintain high profile in the Building Industry Association. Create financial Pro Forma and marketing analysis to evaluate land purchases. Facilitate closing of properties.

Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of all homes in the business plan as scheduled and on budget.  Establish, maintain and manage development budgets and schedules. Work with Land Acquisition throughout the acquisition process. Initiate and secure all project entitlements and approvals for single and multi-family residential developments. Interface with Sales, Marketing, Construction, Purchasing and Accounting personnel to ensure consistency in project.

Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Project Manager during due diligence and feasibility studies with new land acquisition.  Also interfaces with various consultants once property is acquired and coordinates with the Project Manager to obtain all entitlements from appropriate public agencies.  This position may operate at a more senior level depending on the assigned division; in some cases, the Assistant Project Manager may have many of the same duties and responsibilities as a Project Manager.

General Superintendent

The General Superintendent will deliver a superior quality home product, on time and on budget, constructed with integrity and professionalism by overseeing the day-to-day progress at all construction sites. Ensure consistency and accuracy of production schedules, land improvement schedules, jobs in progress documents, and new home delivery schedules. Manage the field construction staff to improve quality, maximize schedule efficiency, and control costs (i.e. ensures budgets are being adhered to, monitors budgets and cost overruns, etc.).
