What's New!

We have recently upgraded our Request For Service management system. William Lyon Homes along with SiteOne Services, have created a homeowner specific web-site where you can manage the Warranty requests for your home.

Utilizing your SiteOne homeowner web-site you can:

  • Create and submit warranty requests electronically.
  • Monitor the progress of warranty requests.
  • Electronically sign-off warranty requests.

New homeowners will receive an email from one of your Warranty Coordinators containing your new SiteOne Username, along with other information about SiteOne. If you are an existing homeowner and do not currently have a username for SiteOne, please call the Warranty Service Department at (503) 221-1920 and one of our Coordinators will help you with the process.

Polygon Homes Warranty Service

As a Polygon Homeowner at one of our legacy communities, you will not receive an email with a user name or password for SITE ONE. If your community is not listed in the drop-down menu, please contact the Warranty office at (503) 221-1920 and one of our Coordinators will assist you.
