Because we operate in many different states, we recommend that you refer to the BROKER section of our Lyonhomes.com website to learn about the specific broker policy for the market area that you are most interested in purchasing a new home as our broker policy varies per state.

What kind of interior upgrades and/or options do I get to select for my new William Lyon home?

When it comes to personalizing your new home, we don’t adopt “one size fits all” approach. It depends upon where the new home neighborhood is located throughout the Western Region.  We strive to provide a positive customer experience at each of our model neighborhoods, and that includes affording buyers an opportunity to personalize the interior look and feel of their new home.  That is why we tailor our interior finish selection at each neighborhood to ensure it is best suited for the new home product type and homebuyer. As a result, some of our neighborhoods offer anywhere from two to four different upgraded interior packages, while other neighborhoods offer a wide range of upgrades and options depending upon the buyers needs and budget.  It is recommended that you check with the sales counselor at the specific neighborhood you are interested to find out what interior upgrades and/ or options are offered specifically at that neighborhood.

If I am a relocation buyer potentially looking to purchase and move into a new home within a short time frame, what William Lyon Home neighborhoods should I consider?

We encourage you to first find the market area you are most interested in living and look for neighborhoods featuring QUICK MOVE-IN HOMES on the Lyonhomes.com website.  Quick move-in homes are generally homes well under construction or near completion that can be ready for move-in typically within 90 days or less!   We provide photo(s) and good information about each quick move-in home that will enable you to better understand if this home will meet your lifestyle needs.
